All Fourteen Gross McGinley Paralegals Officially Certified by State-wide Program

Gross McGinley is proud to announce that all fourteen of the firm’s Paralegals have received the designation of Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal (Pa.C.P.), a credential administered by The Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal credential is a voluntary program for Paralegals in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Certification criteria include educational and substantive experience requirements, recommendations from attorneys in good standing, and current employment as a Paralegal. Every two years, Pa.C.P.’s must obtain 12 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to maintain their credential.

Pamela K. Transue, Head Paralegal for Gross McGinley, is the primary Lehigh County Paralegal Association delegate to The Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations. The Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations (Alliance) provides a statewide voice for Paralegals in Pennsylvania, maintaining a statewide communications network for Paralegal associations across the state. Joining in November 2016, The Lehigh County Paralegal Association is the newest member of the Alliance. Pam was instrumental in setting the course for Lehigh County to be a part of this credential program.
