Attorney Zach Fowler Successfully Defends Trio of Arbitrations

February 24, 2017 | Category: Attorney News | Tags: ,

Attorney Zachary Fowler successfully defended a trio of compulsory arbitrations involving motor vehicle accidents. In each of the three cases, Zach represented the defendant and stipulated to liability, meaning that the defendants did not contest that they were at fault for the accident itself.  Nevertheless, local arbitration panels made favorable rulings in favor of Zach’s clients, finding that the accidents either did not cause plaintiffs’ injuries or plaintiffs’ injuries were greatly exaggerated.

Zach recently wrote an article on the advantages and pitfalls of arbitration and the important considerations prior to including arbitration provisions in a contract.

Zach is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, representing individuals and businesses before local, state, and federal courts and judiciary committees.
