Graig M. Schultz

Graig M. Schultz, a member of the litigation team at Gross McGinley, focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, personal injury, and utility law.

Graig is accredited to handle claims for Veterans benefits before the Board of Veterans Appeals.

Graig provides litigation support to small businesses as well as large corporations.  He has worked with private, public, and non-profit corporations within manufacturing, financial, service, distribution, building, and real estate industries, as well as municipalities.  Additionally, Graig routinely represents a large public utility before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and is accredited to handle claims for Veterans benefits before the Board of Veterans Appeals.

Graig also supports the Medical Malpractice Defense group with patient care matters for large hospitals and health networks. He has assisted in preparing defenses of medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts. In doing so, he has represented a number of hospitals, physicians, physician practice groups, nurses, and physicians’ assistants in professional liability actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Graig was an associate with another Lehigh Valley law firm, where his practice focused on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice claims.  He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Santone of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.
