Michael A. Henry concentrates his practice in general business law, advising business owners concerning the selection and formation of the optimal kinds of business entities including proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; and structuring the capitalization of businesses. He represents lenders and borrowers in business loan and credit matters and commercial real estate transactions. Mike provides ongoing advice, counsel, and document preparation and review concerning business contracts and compliance.
Mike also has an active tax planning practice where he assists businesses and individuals in structuring transactions in the most “tax friendly” form. He also actively assists clients with their estate planning needs with wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care declarations, and represents and assists executors, administrators and trustees in their duties in administering estates and trusts.
Mike assists high net-worth individuals and families with sophisticated estate planning and administration needs with particular attention to asset protection and federal estate and gift tax planning.
