Gross McGinley Welcomes New Business Attorney

Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Daniel A. Prestosh to the firm as a new Associate Attorney in the Business Services, Real Estate, and Employment Groups. Dan counsels companies of all sizes, assisting with various commercial agreements and contracts as well as employment agreements. He also has experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions. At Gross McGinley, Dan will continue to serve his clients while supporting the firm’s current transactional work.

Dan joins Gross McGinley from the Law Offices of Lawrence B. Fox in Allentown, where he worked as an associate for five years. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Law Clerk to President Judge Roger N. Nanovic in Carbon County.

Dan earned his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law in 2010 where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. He earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from Moravian College in 2006.
