Errol C. Deans, Jr. has been promoted to Senior Counsel for the law firm of Gross McGinley, LLP.  Mr. Deans is a member of Gross McGinley's litigation practice group.  He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, employment law and medical malpractice defense. 

Mr. Deans, a Lehigh Valley resident, is very involved in the community.  Currently he sits on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley and is actively involved in its fund raising efforts.
