Nicole O’Hara Presents on Intellectual Property at ABA Spring Conference

Attorney Nicole J. O’Hara recently attended and participated as a speaker for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division 2016 Spring Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. The conference, held May 5-7, offers young lawyers an opportunity to earn CLE credit and network with their peers from across the U.S. and the world. On day two, Nicole co-presented  “Expanding the United States Intellectual Property Across the Globe – The Impacts of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement on IP” along with Abiola O. Afolayan, U.S. House of Representatives; Arrow Augerot, Washington, D.C.; Daniel B. Englander, Ballard Spahr; and Christie L. Stahlke, Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust Group. Nicole, an intellectual property attorney, serves as the District #6 Representative (New Jersey) of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the American Bar Association.
