Attorneys Cavacini, Gross, and Ralston Obtain Decision Allowing Clients to Construct Digital Billboard

Attorneys Victor Cavacini, Jack Gross, and Andy Ralston all participated in a recent case which succeeded in obtaining the approval of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas for their clients, a local outdoor advertising company and a landowner, to construct a digital billboard that will be visible on Route 22 in the vicinity of where that highway overpasses 19th Street in Allentown. After having their request rejected by the municipality’s zoning hearing board, Gross McGinley appealed and, after oral argument, were able to convince the Court that the proposed sign was a permitted use and met the requirement for the issuance of variance relief.
