Charles J. Fonzone practiced law in Allentown for over 40 years in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, and municipal law.
He has practiced municipal law in the Lehigh Valley for over 38 years.
Chuck’s experience includes representing major insurance carriers in all areas of insurance defense, such as general liability, uninsured and underinsured, bodily injury, property damage, and fire losses. He also has extensive experience counseling municipal entities. Chuck served as Solicitor to several Lehigh Valley municipalities for over 38 years, providing general counsel on matters including zoning, land development, collections, and matters related to local water, storage, and electric utilities.
Chuck has served courts and private litigants as an independent arbitrator or mediator of cases.
Chuck was formerly a partner with Fonzone & Ashley and has maintained an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for over 25 years.
