Christopher R. Gresh
Christopher R. Gresh is a member of Gross McGinley’s Business Services Group. Using the legal skills and solid business sense he has developed during his more than thirteen years of practice, Chris provides businesses of all sizes with timely and trusted guidance. He develops creative solutions to help businesses protect their interests, meet their goals, and solve problems, all in a results-oriented and cost-effective manner. Chris strives to attain a deep understanding of his clients’ overall businesses, enabling him to offer efficient yet thorough legal counsel.
Chris regularly represents businesses of all sizes across diverse industries. He assists them with the structuring, negotiation and execution of business transactions and in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and financing, mergers and acquisitions, internal structuring and governance, employment and compensation-related issues, general business matters, and commercial contracts. Chris has substantial experience guiding both buyers and sellers through complex transactions involving the purchase and sale of assets. He also has represented entities in connection with foreclosure sales. In addition, Chris represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and provides guidance in leasing and financing matters.
Chris has substantial experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in a wide range of issues involving bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He has been involved in many corporate restructurings, asset sales, and liquidations. He has regularly appeared before Bankruptcy Courts in New York, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions. In addition, Chris has extensive experience representing creditors in defending preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and has regularly obtained outstanding results for creditors.
Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Chris practiced law for more than thirteen years with a reputable New York City law firm. He is a Lehigh Valley native and is excited to use his experience to help area businesses protect their interests and achieve their goals.
