Associate Attorney – Business Services

Job description

A dynamic law firm is seeking two (2) dynamic associate attorneys for its Business Services Group! The ideal candidates will be active members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ideally, one attorney will have 3-5 years of legal experience and the other attorney will have 6-12 years of legal experience, in the following:

Knowledge and Responsibilities:

Assist in the legal aspects of daily business operations including contracting, regulatory compliance, and governance.

Provide drafting, review, negotiation, and assistance in the implementation of contracts and leases.

Experience in bank financing transactions desired.

Knowledge regarding commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Drafting and knowledge of various business and banking documents and transactions.

Ability to understand client needs and goals for the business and successfully assist clients in meeting those goals.
