Are you looking for stability in your career? We are looking for a driven Bank Loan Specialist to join our Business Services Team and manage the bank loan division. This person would be responsible for overseeing and managing transactions from start to finish to ensure loan documentation is in order for a smooth and successful close. You would be the center of the loan transactions! Our ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, and organized, and has superb customer service skills. If you love working with financial documents and clients and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, we would love to meet you! Title or Loan experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains loan guides and general forms.
• Develops workflow processes to enable continuity of procedures.
• Maintains spreadsheets for loans and related workflow.
• Proofreads documents for continuity and accuracy.
• Prepares and prints loan packages.
• Communicates with lender representatives.
• Coordinate all closing procedures, such as moving schedules, settlements, and walkthroughs.
• Completes post-closing documentation required by lenders.

Qualifications:

• Background or knowledge of bank loans and transaction coordination, Real Estate, or Title work.
• Applicants must possess exceptional attention to detail, organizational and verbal and written skills
• College or paralegal certification preferred
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
