Connie Nelson Volunteers with Wills for Heroes

On Saturday, August 18th, Attorney Constance Nelson volunteered with the Bar Association of Lehigh County’s Wills for Heroes program. An initiative of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division, the program provides basic estate planning documents to military veterans and first responders, at no charge. Wills for Heroes programs are held throughout Pennsylvania at meeting halls as well as police and fire stations, with the goal of helping those who protect us, protect their family’s future. Connie and her fellow volunteers served over 40 families this past Saturday.

Connie regularly counsels Lehigh Valley families in legal matters pertaining to estate planning. She utilizes a personalized approach to preparing wills, powers of attorney, trusts, guardianships, and medical directives, customizing each to fit the wishes of the individual. She also has extensive experience representing her clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and more.

Gross McGinley is proud to retain attorneys like Connie who are so willing to give of their time to serve those who serve our community.
