Constance K. Nelson Joins Gross McGinley, LLP As Associate Attorney
Gross McGinley, LLP is pleased to announce Constance K. Nelson as its newest Associate Attorney. Nelson will be primarily based out of Gross McGinley’s Easton office and will serve clients in the following areas of practice: business law, criminal law, litigation, matrimonial & family law, and real estate law.
“I am excited about the opportunity to work with attorneys who have such a vast array of legal knowledge and experience,” said Connie.
Connie, a resident of Bethlehem, focuses her law practice on litigation and criminal law. She has tried numerous cases in the areas of white collar crime and personal injury, with specific experience in toxic torts and product liability matters.
Connie also boasts experience in business law, domestic relations, and real estate law. She has prepared pleadings and other documentation in child custody, divorce and property matters. She has also provided legal counsel in the area of landlord/tenant disputes.
As a former educator, Connie serves as a legal guide for her clients in order that they make educated decisions about their case from start to finish. She has excelled at applying her acquired skills to her litigation practice.
Nelson is currently a volunteer at Turning Point of the Lehigh Valley, the area’s only nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating domestic violence through empowerment, education and engagement.
She earned her J.D. in 2000 from Widener University School of Law and her B.S. in 1997 from Rutgers University.
