Firm Welcomes Experienced Business Attorney
Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Attorney Christopher R. Gresh, an experienced business attorney, to the firm. Chris joins the firm as an Associate in the Business Services Group, representing businesses of all sizes in a wide range of matters including general corporate, commercial, real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights matters.
Chris uses the legal skills and solid business sense he has developed during his more than thirteen years of practice, to provide businesses of all sizes with timely and trusted guidance. He regularly assists businesses with the structuring, negotiation and execution of business transactions and in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Chris has substantial experience guiding both buyers and sellers through complex transactions involving the purchase and sale of assets. He also has represented entities in connection with foreclosure sales. In addition, Chris represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and provides guidance in leasing and financing matters.
An experienced business attorney, Chris has substantial experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in a wide range of issues involving bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He has been involved in many corporate restructurings, asset sales, and liquidations. He has regularly appeared before Bankruptcy Courts in New York, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions. In addition, Chris has extensive experience representing creditors in defending preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and has regularly obtained outstanding results for creditors.
Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Chris practiced law for more than thirteen years with a reputable New York City law firm. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, and his B.A. from Kutztown University in 2002.
