Graeme E. Hogan Joins Gross McGinley As Associate Attorney
Gross McGinley, LLP is pleased to announce that Graeme E. Hogan has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Hogan will be based out of the firm’s Allentown office and will serve clients in the following areas of practice: employment law, insurance defense, intellectual property, litigation, medical malpractice defense and municipal law.
Hogan, a resident of Easton, concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. He has experience working with businesses, both small and large, in all phases of the litigation process. Additionally, part of his practice includes providing counseling to municipalities on a wide variety of matters.
Hogan also focuses his practice on matters involving employment law and intellectual property. During law school, he clerked for an intellectual property firm where he co-authored an article that was published in The Legal Intelligencer titled “Real-World Trademark Rights for Fictional Brands.”
Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Hogan gained experience as an Associate with a firm in the Philadelphia area.
Hogan is currently a volunteer at the Easton Farmers’ Market and the Easton Main Street Initiative, an organization that works with Easton’s business and building owners, city government, the Chamber of Commerce and the community to promote Downtown Easton as a shopping and browsing destination.
He earned his J.D. in 2014 from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. in 2011 from Millersville University.
