Gross McGinley Celebrated Elder Law Month with Community Education Series
Gross McGinley celebrated National Elder Law Month this May by hosting a series of free educational seminars on elder law topics throughout the Lehigh Valley. Attorneys James A. Ritter and Thomas A. Capehart addressed members of the community at different venues throughout the month. The pair presented on estate
planning basics at the Parkland Community Library, Legacy Oaks at Lehigh Valley, and Emmaus Public Library. They also presented “Medicaid: The Basics” as a CLE seminar for accountants at Gross McGinley’s Allentown office.
National Elder Law Month was established by the National Academy for Elder Law Attorneys as a time for legal professionals to emphasize educating seniors and the community of the importance for legal advocacy.
Jim and Tom are both members of Gross McGinley’s Wills, Trusts, & Estates Group. They provide estate planning and administration services as well as counsel clients on elder law issues including Medicaid planning, long-term care, and nursing home contracts.
