Gross McGinley Names New Partner Adrian Cousens
Gross McGinley, LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Adrian K. Cousens as a new partner with the firm. This promotion reflects the growing success of Adrian’s legal practice as well as his leadership within the firm and his community.
Adrian has extensive litigation and trial experience before state and federal courts, including appellate courts, across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice in casualty claims and defense of bodily injury matters, construction site accidents, multi-party construction defect cases, environmental/toxic tort claims, products liability claims, coverage litigation and complex general liability claims involving serious injury or death. Adrian has worked with small and large businesses in a cross section of industries including logistics, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, architecture and engineering, education, health services, security, and real estate. He also practices law outside of the courtroom, collaborating with his colleagues in counseling clients on litigation prevention and contractual risk transfer.
As a new partner, Adrian will continue to serve as Chair of Gross McGinley’s Litigation Practice Group, leading an experienced group of attorneys versed in a broad spectrum of representation for individuals and companies ranging from contract and commercial disputes to professional liability claims.
As an active community leader, Adrian serves as a board member of the Forks Business Association and on the Board of Directors for Community Bike Works. He is a member of the Forks Township Zoning Hearing Board and is an active member of the Northampton County Bar Association.
Prior to entering the legal industry, Adrian worked in the semiconductor industry and was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force, working in the industrial hygiene field. He earned his J.D. in 1999, from Rutgers School of Law and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1993.
