Gross McGinley’s 2014 Law Day Adventures: David Crosson

On May 1, 2014, six Gross McGinley attorneys participated in this year’s Law Day, a day established by the American Bar Association to recognize law as the foundation of our country and teach young people of its importance in today’s society.  The 2014 Law Day theme was “American Democracy and the Rule of Law: Why Every Vote Matters”.

Attorney David Crosson was assigned to the American Government Class at Whitehall Coplay High School.  He lectured to three classes of seniors about voting rights and voter discrimination issues.  He then opened up the floor and invited questions from the students.  He answered various questions regarding criminal law, family law and estate matters.

“I really enjoyed my time with these students and felt that I was able to teach them a little bit about the law and about the need for them to exercise their right to vote,” said David.
