It is with great sadness that the firm announces the transition of Kimberly A. Spotts-Kimmel from Gross McGinley to in-house senior counsel at PPL Services Corporation.Kim has devoted 17 years of her legal career with Gross McGinley and the firm is grateful for her loyalty, professionalism, and work ethic. Kim’s dedication to her practice was evident from the beginning, when she started as an Associate in both transactional and litigation. She rose through the ranks quickly, becoming a valued colleague and friend. In addition to her commitment to serving her clients, Kim took an active role in firm leadership, chairing several practice groups over the years, including the Intellectual Property Group and Tax Law Group, and serving on management committees. She also became a mentor and respected confidant to her colleagues.It goes without saying that Kim will greatly be missed (even though she will only be a few blocks away from our Allentown office). Serving as in-house counsel for a corporation has always been a long-term goal for her, and we are happy to see it come to fruition.
