Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Attorney Jason A. Ulrich to the firm. An experienced real estate and municipal attorney, he joins the firm as Senior Counsel. Jason has served in the capacity of Solicitor for several municipal entities throughout Pennsylvania and he adds great value to the firm’s robust municipal practice.Jason, a resident of West Reading, is well-versed in complex residential and commercial real estate work, from ground leasing and property assessments to landlord tenant leasing and evictions. He also possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning construction and building law, counseling municipalities, businesses, and developers on contracts, risk assessment and avoidance, licensing, insurance coverage, property damage claims, and more. In addition to his work as a municipal attorney, Jason represents businesses across a multitude of industries including retail, healthcare, and banking in real estate, business, and construction matters. He is a member of the West Reading Zoning Hearing Board and serves as the elected Tax Collector for the Borough of West Reading. Ulrich earned his J.D. in 2006 from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2003.
