We are pleased to welcome new business attorney H. Ross Ramaley to the firm. He joins us as an Associate in the Business Services Department, assisting banking, non-profit, technology, advertising, and commercial real estate clients with general corporate matters as well as business formations, entrepreneurial ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and contract review.Ross helps businesses of all types and sizes to grow and achieve their goals. His attention to detail and commitment to thoroughly understanding a client’s business allows him to provide effective solutions tailored to each client. Ross’s prior experience in the litigation arena affords him the experience to provide litigation avoidance counseling to his business clients, so they can focus on their business, rather than the courtroom. His thoroughness and creativity make him a unique and valuable asset to the firm’s business law team.Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Ross worked for a law firm in West Chester, PA. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from the Wilkes University in 2012.
