New Litigation Associate Joins Gross McGinley

Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Attorney Nicholas Sandercock to the firm. Nick joins as a litigation associate, assisting our Medical Malpractice Defense team and commercial litigation clients.

Nick enjoys the investigative nature of litigation cases, especially those involving extensive medical record review. He is known for his ability to find the needle in the haystack and is able to develop defense strategies based on facts that others may miss. Nick’s knowledge and perseverance make him a valuable asset to Gross McGinley’s litigation team.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked for a large Philadelphia law firm, assisting in premises liability, products liability, professional liability, general liability matters. He also served as a summer intern for Gross McGinley’s medical malpractice defense team prior to graduating from law school.

Nick earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017 and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He also earned his A.D. in 2012, from Lehigh County Community College. Nick’s professional experience, prior to law school, in the restaurant business as both an operator and high-level manager of training gives him a unique perspective when representing business clients in commercial litigation matters.
