Offering FREE Community Seminar on Estate Planning this May

Gross McGinley has joined forces with the Parkland Community Library and Emmaus Public Library to present a FREE educational community program during National Elder Law Month.

Do you have the proper protections in place to ensure the prosperity of your family? This seminar will offer an overview of how to best protect your assets and protect the people you love. Our experienced attorneys will review basic estate planning practices including why a Will drawn by an attorney with experience with the probate process is important to ensure your assets are passed along to the next generation. They will also discuss the importance of a Power of Attorney and Health Care Directives, documents that will ensure your wishes are carried should you become incapacitated. Planning on entering a nursing care facility or coordinating the transfer of assets to a loved one? Learn more about important considerations that could affect your family’s financial future.

The same program is being offered at two different times and locations.
