Sara Moyer is a highly dedicated and passionate attorney practicing law in and around Eastern Pennsylvania for nearly a decade. As a litigator and criminal defense attorney, Attorney Moyer is persuasive and experienced in trying numerous cases to verdict and is driven by her passion to advocate for her clients.

Attorney Moyer completed her undergrad at Gettysburg College graduating in 2010, magna cum laude. She earned her Masters of Science in 2012 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attended Villanova University School of Law receiving her Juris Doctor in 2016. After graduating from law school magna cum laude, Attorney Moyer crafted her skills as a law clerk at the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Easton, PA. In 2018 she continued to hone her skills as a Deputy Public Defender in the Lehigh County Office of the Public Defender in Allentown where she litigated multiple misdemeanor and felony jury trials to verdict. She takes great pride in her demonstrated abilities in numerous successful outcomes at the trial court and appeals levels.

Attorney Sara Moyer is a Board Member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County. In law school, she was an editor for the Villanova Law Review. Attorney Moyer brings her skills and experience to the Gross McGinley practice areas of Litigation, Medical Malpractice Defense, and Criminal Defense where her passion for law will bring her great success.
