Sarah Hart Charette was named Co-Chair of the Executive Leadership Team for the 2019 March for Babies event benefiting the March of Dimes Foundation Northeastern PA to be held on Sunday, April 28th at Cedar Crest College. Sarah and her Co-Chair, Kate Zayaitz of Lafayette Ambassador Bank, will champion the goal of raising funds to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. For the past two years, Sarah has led a Gross McGinley team at the March for Babies Lehigh Valley event.March for Babies is a nationwide program that funds March of Dimes programs that help educate medical professionals to ensure the best care for moms and babies, especially those born sick or too soon. Several Gross McGinley employees have been impacted by premature birth and are passionate in supporting this cause.Sarah, a resident of Emmaus, is a member of Gross McGinley’s Medical Malpractice Defense and Criminal Defense teams with an extensive background in trial preparation and litigation. Her prior prosecutorial experience in the District Attorney’s offices of Berks County and Lebanon County has uniquely prepared her to present a skillful and effective defense on behalf of her clients. In addition to volunteering with the March of Dimes, Sarah is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of Lehigh County and serves as a board member on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Young Professional’s Council.
