Gross McGinley Promotes Sarah Hart Charette and Kellie Rahl-Heffner to Partner Attorneys
Gross McGinley is pleased to announce Attorneys Sarah Hart Charette and Kellie Rahl-Heffner have been promoted from Associate to Partner, reflecting their leadership and dedication to the firm.
“Both versatile litigators, Sarah and Kellie have shown their abilities to collaborate and accelerate growth within the firm,” says Managing Partner Jack Gross. “As the firm looks to expand in 2021, we took this opportunity to elevate top talent. Their influence will help positively shape and guide the future of Gross McGinley.”
Sarah Hart Charette joined the firm in 2016 as a Medical Malpractice Defense associate. Her previous experience as an Assistant District Attorney led her to start the firm’s Criminal Defense practice. Within the community, Sarah serves as a board member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Young Professional’s Council, as well as on the Board of Trustees at Emmaus Public Library. Viewed as a respected peer in the legal community, Sarah also serves on the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of Lehigh County. In 2019 and 2020, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars recognized Sarah’s achievements, a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of young attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Fellow litigator Kellie Rahl-Heffner joined Gross McGinley in 2017. In addition to serving as a member of the firm’s Family Law practice, Kellie represents individuals and property owners in landlord-tenant matters, as well as other civil litigation matters. Previously, Kellie helped provide legal assistance and representation through nonprofit North Penn Legal Services on Bethlehem, PA. Today, she continues to participate in the nonprofit sector through board leadership at the Allentown Chamber of Commerce, Pinebrook Family Answers and Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley. She is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living Development Committee.
Congratulations to Sarah and Kellie!
