Susan Wild and Graig Schultz Present at Insurance Defense Seminar
Attorneys Susan Ellis Wild and Graig M. Schultz recently presented at the 25th Annual HCC Public Risk Claim Service Attorney Claims Seminar, a conference for attorneys, by attorneys. The event encompassed a variety of topics including Medicare compliance, age discrimination claims, cross-examining economic experts, and more.
Susan, a member of the event’s advisory council, co-presented with Steven C. Stern of Sokoloff Stern, LLP, “Pro Se Plaintiffs”, a discussion on how to handle a Pro Se Plaintiff, or Plaintiffs who choose to represent themselves, in litigation. The audience was comprised of attorneys from all over the country who do insurance defense work on behalf of municipalities.
Graig served as panel counsel and presented Pennsylvania case law updates for 2012/2013 relative to Employment Law, Police Liability, Land Use and Governmental Immunity.
