Ten Gross McGinley Attorneys Recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

Gross McGinley, LLP proudly announces that ten of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. Four attorneys have been selected to the 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list including Malcolm J. Gross, Howard S. Stevens, Susan Ellis Wild, and Victor F. Cavacini.  Each year, no more than five percent of lawyers in Pennsylvania receive this recognition.  Attorneys Andrew H. Ralston, Jr., Loren L. Speziale, Michael J. Blum, Samuel E. Cohen, Graig M. Schultz and David W. Crosson were selected to the 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list which consists of less than 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania lawyers.

Gross was selected for his achievements in the area of General Litigation. He is a founding partner of the firm and practices Civil Litigation including corporate law, matrimonial law, media, transactions, real estate, and construction law.  Gross was previously listed by Super Lawyers in 2004, 2006, 2013 and 2014. He has also held an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for over 30 years.

Stevens was selected for his achievements in the area of Medical Malpractice Defense.  As Chair of the Medical Malpractice Defense Group, he represents large hospitals and health networks as well as individual physicians in medical malpractice claims.  Stevens was previously listed by Super Lawyers in 2005 and 2011-2014.

Wild was selected for her achievements in the area of General Litigation.  Her practice is concentrated on the defense of health care practitioners, hospitals, and insurance companies, as well as the representation of municipalities and public officials in all forms of litigation matters, including personal injury defense, civil rights claims, and employment matters.  Wild has been listed by Super Lawyers for the past five years and in 2013, was recognized as one of the top fifty female attorneys in Pennsylvania.

Cavacini was selected for his achievements in the area of General Litigation.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, zoning and land development matters, and estate administration.  Cavacini was previously listed by Super Lawyers in 2012-2013. He also has an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®.

Ralston was selected for his achievements in Business Litigation. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, zoning litigation, and intellectual property litigation.  He represents a diverse range of clientele in courts throughout Pennsylvania, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals.  Ralston was previously listed by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014.

Speziale was selected for her achievements in Business Litigation. She regularly represents private and public corporations, privately held businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in transactional and litigation matters involving commercial and real property disputes, breach of contract claims, and employment-related actions.  Speziale was previously recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.

Blum was selected for his achievements in Medical Malpractice Defense.  He regularly tries cases in the areas of medical malpractice defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, and general liability defense.  Blum was previously listed by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014.

Cohen was selected for his achievements in Business Litigation.  He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and business disputes, regularly counseling small businesses and large corporations on contracts, employment, product warranties, and zoning disputes. Cohen was previously recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2014.

Schultz was selected for his achievements in General Litigation.  He focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, personal injury, and utility law. Schultz was previously listed by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2014.

Crosson was selected for his achievements in Family Law. He provides counsel in all areas of family law including divorce, custody and support and advises clients on more complex matters involving property division, visitation, and relocation.
