Duties As a Wills, Trusts, and estates Attorney, your primary responsibilities will be to oversee and manage the administration of an estate on behalf of the decedent, executor, and beneficiaries. You will also draft estate planning documents for clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the interests and wishes of the client are carried out in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
