Michael R. “Mickey” Ferrence

As a member of the firm’s real estate group, Michael R. “Mickey” Ferrence provides expertise on matters related to real estate. As a licensed attorney in the state of Tennessee, he brings with him significant experience in real estate matters. There he represented buyers, sellers, lenders, and business owners in a wide range of real estate and transactional matters. Clients appreciate Mickey’s ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and make complex issues more manageable.

During his time in undergrad at Arcadia, Mickey was a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business and played NCAA Division III baseball, serving as team captain his senior year. In law school, he was a senior editor for the Arbitration Law Review and an active member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. A devoted Penn State sports fan and former college athlete, Mickey enjoys spending time with his fiancée, watching sports, and hiking when he is away from the office.
