Sean P. Duffy

Sean Duffy graduated from Penn State University Law School in May 2023 and is awaiting the results of the Bar exam, expected in October 2023. He is also a graduate of Muhlenberg College and comes to Gross McGinley’s Litigation team with a drive to succeed.  He studied as a pre-med student at Muhlenberg where he gained a passion for health and wellness. Sean was a 2022 Summer Associate at Gross McGinley where he grew his passion for law. Before Gross McGinley, Sean interned at other Lehigh Valley firms.   As a lifelong resident of Lehigh Valley, Sean has been heavily involved in the community. He has helped host events with Community Bike Works, local soup kitchens, and Toys for Tots, and was a head volunteer for Muhlenberg’s Office of Community Engagement where he taught elementary school children health habits through nutrition exercises and physical activity.  While attending Penn State Law School, he volunteered at the Penn State Vet Clinic and participated at the local high school as a Mock Trial Coach. Sean is eager to serve his community and clients with the utmost professionalism and pride. For relaxation, Sean can be found reading, playing board games, and competing in Ultimate Frisbee.
