Veronica most recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Milton Younge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Sallie Updyke Mundy on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Since joining Gross McGinley in 2022, Veronica has achieved the following appellate results:

  • Successfully defended a trial court’s determination it lacked jurisdiction over a matter, moving it to arbitration.

Veronica also has success at the federal level. From 2021-2025, Veronica achieved the following results for her clients:

  • Successfully sought and received summary judgment in a case by arguing the insufficiency of plaintiff’s negligence claims.
  • Successfully opened default judgment against a client who had delayed in retaining counsel.

Before joining Gross McGinley, Ms. Hogan was employed as an Associate at a large firm in Philadelphia, PA. Veronica has been enjoying her transition to the Lehigh Valley, including checking out the many restaurants and events in the area.
