Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Attorney Robert M. Campbell to the firm. Bob joins the firm’s medical malpractice defense team, representing health care providers in patient care matters.Recently relocating to the Lehigh Valley from Pittsburgh, Bob is an up-and-coming litigator. He previously worked at Willman & Silvaggio, LLP in Pittsburgh, focusing on asbestos litigation and defense of manufacturers and suppliers of products used in the steelmaking industry. His courtroom and defense-attorney experience is transferable, as he assists fellow medical malpractice defense attorneys in working with risk management teams to investigate claims and handle complex matters of law and medicine.Bob earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2017, and his B.S. from Syracuse University. He originally hails from Emmaus in Lehigh County. Additionally, he has “court” experience from his many years in the Emmaus basketball program, as high school team captain, scholar athlete, camp counselor and now as an assistant coach with the boys high school junior varsity and varsity teams.
