Attorney Samuel E. Cohen was appointed as an Alternate Member to the Upper Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board. The Board hears zoning disputes and requests for zoning relief for properties within Upper Milford Township. The Board consists of five members and three alternate members. As an alternate member, Sam is invited to participate in all zoning hearings in front of the Zoning Hearing Board and will be ask to vote on decisions when a board member is absent.As a part of his legal practice, Sam regularly handles zoning disputes on behalf of townships and other municipal entities. His commercial litigation experience also includes representing businesses of all sizes before local, state, and federal, courts in matters relating to employment, contract disputes and transactions, product liability, premises liability, and more. Sam is a leader in his community, serving on a number of boards including Moravian Academy Alumni Board and Lehigh Valley Arts Council Board of Directors.
