Each brings unique lived experiences and academic achievements that enrich our firm and inspire those around them.Getting to Know our 2026 Summer AssociatesStephen A. Gentle, Widener Commonwealth Law SchoolStephen’s approach to the law is grounded in empathy and accessible communication, informed by his own experiences. A United States Marine Corps veteran and former police officer and detective, Stephen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University–Newark with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in History and is currently attending Widener Law Commonwealth, where he has earned multiple CALI Awards, a place on the Dean’s List every semester, and the top rank in his class. Outside the classroom, he has competed in competition for appellate advocacy and in August will serve as an Academic Success Fellow for Constitutional Law. Outside of the law, Stephen is passionate about spending time with his family, bass fishing, tackling home projects, as well as diving into history, philosophy, and the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Travis D. King, University of Pennsylvania Carey Law SchoolTravis thrives on tackling complex legal writing assignments and has developed a keen sense for advocacy, regardless of the client. A Lafayette College graduate and Co-Valedictorian with majors in Economics and Government & Law, Travis has been recognized for his academic excellence. He is Research Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and was named 2025 Volunteer of the Year for his work on clemency petitions.Travis keeps up with legal developments through seminars, constantly exploring new technology, and in-depth research. He is passionate about music, hiking, and travel, with memorable experiences studying abroad in South America.Angelo A. Mahaffey, Widener Commonwealth Law SchoolAngelo approaches every challenge as an opportunity for growth, guided by lessons learned through trial, error, and the mentorship of professors and attorneys. A graduate of Muhlenberg College with high honors in History and an English minor, Angelo was also a three-year wrestling captain and completed an honors thesis on World War II geopolitics. He is proud of finishing in the top 20% of his law class. Angelo stays current with legal trends through resources like Justia and the Legal Information Institute, and values the support and motivation of his driven peer group. Outside of law, he enjoys lifting weights and working on his project car.Lila M. Mangino, Notre Dame Law SchoolLila leads with compassion and patience, focusing on building bridges so clients feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. She stays current on legal developments by regularly reading American Bar Association newsletters and will deepen her advocacy as a student-attorney in Notre Dame Law School’s Exoneration Justice Clinic. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with majors in Sociology and Spanish, Lila received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Legal Writing & Research I and serves as Treasurer of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. Her leadership includes student government work supporting first-generation, low-income students and facilitating justice-focused conversations through Campus Ministry. In the Lehigh Valley community, Lila volunteers at Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Easton and mentors local students who attend Notre Dame. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, going on runs, and listening to Spanish and French music. Jeffrey L. Seybolt, Syracuse University College of Law Jeffrey’s journey in law has been guided by a “Golden Rule” mentality, consistently aiming to deliver the same level of care and clarity to clients that he would expect. He knows law is a people-first profession and is passionate about sharpening his advocacy by actively engaging with legal news and studying recent court decisions, including those from the US Supreme Court. A 2024 graduate of Gettysburg College with dual majors in Political Science and Psychology, Jeffrey now attends Syracuse University College of Law, where he will join Syracuse Law Review and the Advocacy Honors Society’s ADR Competition Team for the ABA Arbitration competition.Before law school, Jeffrey worked as a paralegal in Lehigh County. An avid athlete, he played tennis throughout college and continues to play, while also enjoying basketball and learning golf.
