Learn more about:

John F. “Jack” Gross

In 2018, Jack became the firm’s Managing Partner.  Through this role, he works with a team to develop the firm’s strategic vision, goals and objectives. Outside the office, Jack is very engaged in the downtown Allentown and Greater Lehigh Valley through his involvement in many boards and nonprofit organizations. When he isn’t working and serving the community, he enjoys traveling with his family.

Loren L. Speziale

After moving to the Lehigh Valley in 2011, Loren couldn’t wait to explore the area and add value to the business community. Over the past decade, she has done just that, all the while making Partner at Gross McGinley and being elected Deputy Managing Partner in 2018. When she isn’t hustling for clients, find Loren out running, hiking or riding horses!

Philip D. Lauer

New to the firm, Phil Lauer brings five decades on experience doing the “work that no one wanted” – criminal defense. He has built a career in this practice and loves how he is able to help people in their darkest moments “come out on the other side, able to live their lives.” Outside the courtroom, Phil enjoys the great outdoors – the feel, the freedom, the air, the contact with nature.

Congratulations to our attorneys and fellow Lehigh Valley legal colleagues named to the Power 30 in Law list!
