Gross McGinley, LLP is pleased to share that Deputy Managing Partner Samuel E. Cohen and Partner Kellie L. Rahl-Heffner have been named 2026 Lehigh Valley Business Leaders in Law honorees.

Lehigh Valley Business presents the Leaders in Law awards to dedicated legal professionals whose leadership, professional accomplishments, and community involvement have made a positive impact throughout the Lehigh Valley. The recognition celebrates attorneys who not only excel in their respective areas of practice, but also use their experience and time to strengthen the communities they serve.

Sam and Kellie exemplify that commitment through their work, their leadership within Gross McGinley, and their active involvement in organizations that contribute to the growth and vitality of the Lehigh Valley.

Samuel E. Cohen

He represents individuals, small businesses, corporations, and municipalities, working with clients to identify practical and creative approaches to complex legal issues. Sam’s litigation experience, strategic perspective, and commitment to client service have made him a trusted advisor to clients.

In addition to maintaining an active legal practice, Sam plays an integral role in guiding Gross McGinley’s continued growth and long-term strategic direction. He oversees the firm’s Operations Committee, including initiatives involving the firm’s IT, Facilities, and Marketing departments, and serves as Solicitor for Lehigh County.

Kellie L. Rahl-Heffner

She currently serves as Chair of the Allentown Chamber Executive Board, sits on the Greater Allentown Board of Governors, and serves as Board Chair for Lehigh Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Outside of her professional and community roles, Kellie and her wife, Michelle, are proud “dog moms” to black shelter dogs. Their commitment to adopting these dogs that are often overlooked reflects the compassion and dedication that Kellie demonstrates in every aspect of her life.
