During this seminar, we will focus on the probate process and how we’ve seen it “go bad”. We invite accountants and financial planners to learn more about this process and how they can help avoid certain obstacles for themselves and their clients. Topics of discussion will include lost wills and will contests, resulting/constructive trusts, personal representative liability, the adjudication process, and family settlement agreements.
