Gross McGinley Welcomes New Family Law Attorney

Gross McGinley, LLP is pleased to welcome Kellie Rahl-Heffner, experienced family law attorney, to the firm. Kellie joins the firm after over 10 years as an attorney with North Penn Legal Services (NPLS), providing legal advice and representation to low-income clients in family law, unemployment, landlord/tenant, and other legal matters.

As the newest member of the firms Family Law Group, Kellie counsels individuals through sensitive legal matters including divorce, child custody and guardianship, child support and alimony claims, protections from abuse (PFAs), and adoptions. She also assists her clients in designing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements that best preserve family assets. Given her experience at NPLS, Kellie is well-versed in the Lehigh and Northampton County family court systems, representing individuals in family law disputes. As an experienced arbitrator and mediator, she also counsels families in matters that can best be resolved outside of the courtroom.

Kellie also supports the firm’s Litigation Group in representing firm clients in court proceedings.

She earned her B.S. in 2002 from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. in 2005 from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. Kellie is an active member of local bar associations and serves as an officer on the board of directors for Child Care Information Services.
