New Leadership Guides Future Growth and Strategic Vision
Gross McGinley is pleased to announce new leadership at the firm, with the appointment of John F. “Jack” Gross to Managing Partner. Jack was elected at the firm’s recent partnership retreat during which two Deputy Managing Partners were also named: Howard S. Stevens and Loren L. Speziale.
“Over the last twenty years, I’ve helped my partners build a successful law firm, founded in professionalism, trust and the mission of serving our clients,” said Jack. “As Managing Partner, I look forward to being part of a new generation of leaders of our Firm, dedicated to maintaining our traditions and continuing to serve our clients’ changing needs.”
Off-site retreats for mid-sized law firms have become an industry best practice. Due to Gross McGinley’s multiple office locations and varied practices, a retreat was the best and most efficient way for the partnership to collaborate regarding the firm’s future. Held at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, the retreat’s agenda included growth, development, strategic vision, and the leadership needed to continue the firm’s success.
“The firm has seen exciting new growth in both our Business and Litigation Groups over the past two years,” said Deborah Faulkinberry, Managing Director of the firm. “We are excited to grow alongside our clients, fostering a team of highly-skilled legal professionals at the top of their game. We expect that this will be the first of periodic retreats over future years.”

He was one of the key leaders in developing and organizing this year’s partnership retreat and he will continue his leadership as a Deputy Managing Partner.
