Adrian Cousens Appointed to Community Bike Works Board of Directors

Gross McGinley litigation attorney Adrian Cousens has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Community Bike Works. Adrian began his involvement with the organization as a volunteer and then as a member of the Finance Committee. As a board member, Adrian will help to lead the organization’s initiatives including their innovative Earn a Bike and Junior Earn a Bike programs. These programs require students to attend practical workshops on bike safety and bike mechanics. At the completion of the program, youth members “earn” a refurbished bike and a helmet.

Community Bike Works celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Earn a Bike program in 2016. The organization has grown and expanded its program offering to include Earn a Book, Afternoon Drop-in, and Youth Leadership, all of which promote education and leadership skills.

Adrian Cousens serves as Chair of Gross McGinley’s Litigation Group, representing businesses and individuals throughout the Lehigh Valley region. In addition to Community Bike Works, Adrian also volunteers his time as a member of the Northampton County Bar Association Book Buddies program and as a board member of the Forks Business Association.
