On May 25th, Attorney Jack Gross spoke at Cedar Crest College’s The Institute for Learning in Retirement 33rd Annual Luncheon on “Wrestling with the Right to Privacy”. His presentation focused on an individuals’ right to privacy and what is considered invasion of privacy. He used many pop-culture examples including Hulk Hogan’s recent legal battle with Gawker.Jack is well-versed in privacy matters through his work in media and publishing law. His legal practice also includes general business , intellectual property, advertising, and real estate matters.The Institute for Learning in Retirement is an educational program hosted by the college for seniors (55+) who desire to expand their knowledge on a variety of topics through non-credit classes.
