On September 30th, Attorney Loren Speziale participated in a panel discussion entitled “Continuing Your Business and Planning for the Future” presented by the Pennsylvania Dental Association Insurance Services (PDAIS). Hosted at Lehigh Country Club, the lunch seminar covered topics relating to succession planning and business continuation for owners of dental practices. Loren’s fellow panelists included Lorri Tomko, DDS of Tomko Dental Associates and Robert Cawley, CFBS, LUTCF, CLTC of Peerless Business Advisors.PDAIS, a subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Dental Association, provides business and personal insurance programs for member dentists, their families, and their staff.Loren is a business partner with Gross McGinley, regularly counseling businesses in a variety of industries including health care, media, real estate, and banking.
