Nicholas Sandercock Named to Civic Theatre Board of Directors

Effective July 2020, Attorney Nicholas Sandercock has been named to the Board of Directors at Civic Theatre of Allentown. An avid theater goer and supporter of the West End neighborhood, Nick is pleased to bring his passion and expertise to the Civic team, as he also serves on the Community Outreach Committee.

“[Nick’s] strategic planning, governance and HR experience both as an attorney and general manager, relationships with Lehigh Valley businesses and organizations, and enthusiasm will be assets in helping to move Civic’s mission forward,” says Mario DeFabo-Edwards, Immediate Past President, Civic Theatre Board of Directors.

As Litigation Associate, Nick supports the firm’s medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation clients, as well as a growing number of wedding law clients amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In the community, Nick also serves on the LifePath Foundation Board of Directors, volunteers at Gress Mountain Ranch and coaches basketball through South Parkland Youth Association.

Prior to his legal career, Nick held high-level management and training positions at Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, giving him keen insights into operations. He is excited to utilize this and his legal experience to support the mission and objectives of Civic.

Civic Theatre of Allentown is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with 90 years of history in the Lehigh Valley. Civic is dedicated to producing live theatre of high standards of artistic excellence, developing the artists and audiences of the future and being the premiere non-commercial film venue in the Lehigh Valley.

Congratulations, Nick!
