Sarah Charette Discusses Age Diversity for Nonprofits

In partnership with the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional’s Council (YPC) provided an opportunity for nonprofits and professionals to discuss age diversity. Entitled “Board Leaders of Tomorrow“, the focus of the event was to promote civic engagement among young professionals in the region. The event also offered the opportunity for attendees to mix and mingle with nonprofits and discuss volunteer and leadership opportunities.

Attorney Sarah Hart Charette, a board member of the YPC, was featured as a panelist during the educational/discussion portion of the event. Sarah provided her thoughts on the benefits of age diversity on nonprofit boards and her experience serving several community organizations including the March of Dimes March for Babies and the Bar Association of Lehigh County. Sarah is a member of Gross McGinley’s litigation team, primarily focusing on medical malpractice defense and criminal law.

The firm is proud to have several of its young attorneys serve our community in leadership positions and volunteer positions.
