Six Gross McGinley Attorneys Names 2023 Super Lawyers

Gross McGinley is pleased to announce that SIX firm attorneys have been named to the 2023 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list! Our “SUPER 7” includes Super Lawyers: Howard S. Stevens, Loren L. Speziale, Samuel E. Cohen, and Adrian K. Cousens, and Rising Stars: Nicholas Nanovic, and Sarah Hart-Charette. The Rising Stars list recognizes outstanding lawyers who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys. For more information about Super Lawyers, visit SuperLawyers.com.

Each year, no more than 5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor; no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive the Rising Stars honor.

These seven attorneys were honored in the following practice areas:

  • Howard S. Stevens – Medical Malpractice Defense
  • Loren L. Speziale – Business Services Law
  • Samuel E. Cohen – Business Litigation
  • Adrian K. Cousens – Insurance Defense
  • Nicholas Nanovic – Estate Planning & Probate Law
  • Sarah Hart Charette – Medical Malpractice Defense

This marks the 14th time Howard Stevens has been named to the list; the 8th time for Loren Speziale, the 10th time for Samuel Cohen, and the 1st time for Adrian Cousens

For the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, Nicholas Nanovic has been named to the list 10 times; and Sarah Hart Charette has been named 5 times.

Congratulations to our 2023 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars honorees!
