Estate Administration Accounting

Upon the death of a loved one, your clients will not only be dealing with the emotional turmoil, but also the procedural process of administering their loved one’s estate. This one-hour seminar will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the estate administration accounting process and how it will affect accountants and financial advisors. Our experienced estate attorneys will provide insight into estate accounting, the new Orphan’s Court procedures, how joint accounts are handled, and whether or not you should consider serving as an Executor for your client.  The speakers will also answer questions on what happens when there is a disagreement with the accounting of an estate and the subsequent probate process.
