Gross McGinley is pleased to announce Attorneys Neil E. Wenner and Jacob D. Oldaker have joined the firm. Neil Wenner brings over 30 years of experience to the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense team. During his career, he has successfully represented medical professionals and hospitals in PA, defending them in complex medical negligence matters. Having an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, Neil is familiar with the firm, having previously served as an of counsel attorney. Within the legal community, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bar Association of Lehigh County, and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Neil earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and served in the United States Air Force. Jacob Oldaker brings fresh experience to Gross McGinley and will serve clients in the Business, Estates and Municipal groups. A 2019 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, he previously worked for national retail and entertainment organizations in central PA. His business acumen, coupled with an interest in building relationships, helps his clients meet their short- and long-term goals.
