Attorney Chris Gittinger, a member of both our Litigation and Municipal Law Practice Groups, recently tried a complex, high profile Appeal on behalf of a local municipality against the PADEP (Pennsylvania Department Of Environmental Protection) before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board. The case involved 23 months of preparation, successfully defending a Joint Motion For Partial Summary Judgment, and multiple days of trial in Harrisburg.
