Chris Gittinger Represents Municipality in Appeal Against PADEP

Attorney Chris Gittinger, a member of both our Litigation and Municipal Law Practice Groups, recently tried a complex, high profile Appeal on behalf of a local municipality against the PADEP (Pennsylvania Department Of Environmental Protection) before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.  The case involved 23 months of preparation, successfully defending a Joint Motion For Partial Summary Judgment, and multiple days of trial in Harrisburg.  Although we will not know the result of all of his efforts for months, the client’s administration was very pleased with, and grateful for, Attorney Gittinger’s counsel, preparation, and presentation.

Gross McGinley is proud to continue to provide the excellent legal representation that all of our clients, not just our municipal and litigation clients, rightfully expect.
